Oaken Gin
We’ve taken our flagship Victoria Gin and allowed it to mature gracefully in oak until it is amber in colour and beautifully smooth.
Tasting Notes: Softened vanilla notes from the oak, a full and buttery caramel sweetness.

Empress 1908 Gin
Inspired by the beautiful tea service at the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel, we set out to create an extraordinary cocktail experience. Distilled with eight unique botanicals, including the butterfly pea blossom and Fairmont Empress House Tea blend, Empress 1908 is a modern take on a classic spirit.
Tasting Notes: A forward earthiness from butterfly pea blossoms and Fairmont Empress House Tea blend, followed by robust citrus notes from grapefruit peel, delicate floral hints from rose petal and warm spice from ginger and cinnamon.

Left Coast Hemp Vodka
Distilled with the finest Canadian-grown organic hemp seed. The rich silky texture is elicited by the smooth oils of the hemp hearts.

Vodka
Using only the highest quality corn-based spirit, our Vodka is carefully distilled the equivalent of seven times in our copper pot still. Finished with pure Canadian water, this Vodka is deliciously smooth and crisp – perfect for a classic Martini!

Sidney Spiced
This aromatic spirit is distilled from molasses and Level Ground Trading’s fair trade organic cane sugar. The addition of carefully selected organic vanilla beans, orange peel, ginger root, star anise seed and orris root give this classic spirit further warmth and complexity.
Tasting Notes: Warm spice, with a subtle sweetness and bright citrus note.

Rum
Our Rum is distilled from a base of cane sugar and molasses. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for two years, this addition to our spirits roster features distinct notes of caramel and vanilla. A slight sweetness and hint of banana round out this classic spirit!

Chocolate Liqueur
Fair trade cacao nibs and husks, grown at Costa Esmeraldas Farm in Ecuador and refined by Sirene Chocolate Makers in Victoria BC, are macerated in a pure cane spirit. A touch of sweetness is added to bring out the flavour of the organic chocolate.
Tasting Notes: Reminiscent of a fine dark chocolate bar.

Brandy
Aged for a total of five and a half years in a combination of American and French oak barrels, our Brandy is a warm classic perfect for sipping beside the fire. Oaky, fruity and delicious, this grape-based spirit will delight your tastebuds!

Craigdarroch Whisky
Craigdarroch means “oak of the rocks”. Our whisky saw a limited release in 2015 following the Victoria Whisky Festival launch.
