Empress Gin

2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
3-4 oz Premium tonic water
Grapefruit slice

Build on ice in a rocks glass. Stir well. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

 

The Aviation

2 oz Victoria Gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1 dash of creme de violette (optional)

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Butchart Garden

2 oz Victoria Gin
2 oz fresh pressed apple juice
2-3 pieces of cucumber
1/2 oz elderflower cordial

Muddle cucumber, add remaining ingredients, and shake with ice. Strain & garnish with a slice of cucumber or a flower.

Canadiano

2 oz Victoria Gin or Oaken Gin
1/2 oz Martini Rosso
pinch of salt
2 oz Fentiman’s tonic

Build on ice in a 5 oz glass.

French 75

1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Sparkling wine

Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Pour into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.

The Hartland

1 oz Victoria Gin
1/2 oz pear liqueur
1/2 oz Montenegro Amaro
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1-2 dash grapefruit bitters
Cava or other sparkling wine

Shake Gin, pear, amaro, lemon juice, and bitters with ice. Strain into a flute and top with cava. Garnish with a twist of lemon

The Hunting Party

1 oz Oaken Gin
3/4 oz Dubonnet
3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro

Stir with ice and serve over ice with an orange or lemon twist.

The Last Word

1 part Victoria Gin
1 part green chartreuse
1 part lime juice
1 part maraschino liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Negroni

1 oz Victoria Gin or Oaken Gin
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

Stir on ice, pour into a rocks glass with ice, garnish with an orange twist.

Oaken Martinez Cocktail

2 oz Oaken Gin
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass, lemon twist garnish.

Vesper

2 oz Victoria Gin
3/4 oz Left Coast Hemp Vodka
1/2 Lillet Blanc

Shaken and strained into a martini glass, garnished with a lemon twist.

Stiff Upper Lip

1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
1/4 oz elder flower cordial
1/4 oz Campari
2 dashes Twisted & Bitter Orange

Build over ice with an orange twist.

The Royal Treatment

1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
4 oz white cranberry juice
sparkling wine
kiwi slices
some raspberries
some blackberries
6 mint leaves

Add ice to a wine glass, add Gin, juice, and top with sparkling wine. Add fruit and mint. Stir, drink, love.

Victoria’s Secret

2 oz Victoria Gin
1 egg white
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 pinch fresh coriander
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 oz maple syrup
1 pinch fresh ground pepper

Muddle ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with pepper.

The Violet Petal

2 oz Victoria Gin
1/2 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth
1/4 oz Giffard Violette (use a light hand as Violette can dominate)
Absinthe rinse (the Doctor uses a mister)

Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a vintage cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
