Visitors are guided through the entire distillation process and around two gleaming copper pot stills.  From selecting the botanicals, to the blending and bottling, to the hand-numbering of each small batch, every step is a labour of love.  Following a tour, visitors are invited to taste a selection of our premium spirits and bitters.

Visitors take an informative distiller-guided tour of the distillery to discover the art of small batch spirit-making. The tour is followed by a guided tasting of a selection of our premium spirits and bitters. Guests are then welcomed into the lounge to experience a handmade cocktail and an artisan platter in our lounge.

Following a distillery tour you will learn how to prepare two classic and creative cocktails with our premium spirits. Under the supervision of our mixologists you will be shown the techniques and given the ingredients to create cocktails done your way! Guests will leave with the skills needed to prepare their own cocktails at home along with the recipe cards for the cocktails made that day.

For the gin enthusiast, this experience starts with a tour of the distillery and a gin cocktail. Our distillers will teach visitors about the techniques used to make our award-winning gins. Guests are then given a lesson on the colourful history of gin, and provided with an in depth look at the building blocks of this classic spirit. The elements of premium gin are deconstructed allowing for the botanicals to be isolated and smelled. Guests will sample our three premium gins while they learn about this fascinating spirit from its inception to modern day. Once the tasting is complete guests are hosted to a G&T along with an artisan platter in our cocktail lounge.
